His career started in broadcasting, where he quickly earned a reputation for leadership, rising to become General Manager of Gravity FM in Abuja. But for Debo, success was never about staying in one role. Every opportunity became a stepping stone to something bigger.

When Leadership Called, He Answered

During one of the most significant political moments in Kwara State, Debo played a key consulting role in the communications strategy surrounding the All Progressives Congress (APC) victory.

His work earned the trust of the state government, leading to appointments as Mass Media Consultant for both the Kwara State Health Insurance Scheme and the Kwara State Primary Healthcare Development Agency. He also played a pivotal role in the state’s COVID-19 public awareness campaign.

When communication mattered most, people looked to someone who could deliver results.

A Career Defined by Reinvention

Most people spend their careers mastering one profession.

Debo built expertise across several.

Alongside his accomplishments in media and communications, he served as an Assistant Director in Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health and trained as a physiotherapist.
