You already sell the board. We sell the empty slots.

Most boards are not sold out. The gap between what a loop could carry and what it actually carries is the whole opportunity — and it is not a sales problem you can solve by hiring. It is an inventory problem.

The loop is the product

A 90-second loop of 10-second slots gives every advertiser in it 40 plays an hour. Nine sellable slots is the number that keeps frequency worth paying for — past about two minutes each advertiser’s share of attention stops selling.

VYPA fills what you have not sold - it never displaces what you have.

Four things you get that a spreadsheet cannot do

Every board on one account, uncapped

There is no ceiling on how many boards you list. Each one is billed on the ladder, so a network gets cheaper per board as it grows rather than more expensive. You are paying per board because more boards is revenue for both of us, not cost.

Your rate card, your loop, your yield

You set the slot price, the loop length and how many slots are sellable. VYPA has no base rate to override you with, and reserved slots — estate notices, your own house creative — carry no charge.

Direct bookings at 0%

Record an advertiser you sold yourself and it runs through the same scheduling, the same proof of play and the same statement as everything else — with no commission, because we did not source it. Your own book stays entirely yours.

Marketplace demand for the rest

Advertisers already buying on VYPA see your board from the day it goes live. Anything they book pays 10% — and it is filling a slot that would otherwise have run a house creative for nothing.

Two prices, and the platform never confuses them

Which side a booking came from is decided when it is created and written onto the row. It is not inferred afterwards, and changing your rate card next month cannot reprice a campaign that is already running.

Getting a board live

Four stages. The order matters, which is why they are numbered.

1

Measure it

Lit width and height in metres. The area classifies the board into LF-1, LF-2 or LF-3 on its own — you are not asked to choose a plan.

2

Pair the player

A VYPΛ player behind the LED controller, on the network. It starts answering the heartbeat immediately, which is what later proves uptime.

3

Publish the loop

Set loop length, slot count, your slot price and which slots are reserved. The board becomes visible to VYPA advertisers the moment you do.

4

Load your own book

Your existing advertisers go on as direct bookings. From then on both sources schedule, report and settle through the same statement.

The first 60 days are free. A board earns nothing while it is being surveyed, paired and filled, so it is not billed during that window.

Put your first board on

Register the board, measure it, and see what band it lands in. Nothing is charged for 60 days.
