Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has paid an emotional tribute to his late son, Ifeanyi, who would have turned seven on October 20, 2026.

The singer shared the heartfelt message on social media, expressing how much he and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, continue to miss their son.

“Happy birthday, son… Me and mommy miss and love you! Keep flying high,” Davido wrote.

Remembering Ifeanyi

Ifeanyi was born on October 20, 2019, to Davido and Chioma. He died on October 31, 2022, at the age of three, following a drowning incident at the family’s residence in Banana Island, Lagos.

His death prompted an outpouring of grief, with fans, fellow entertainers and public figures expressing condolences to the family.
